A Legacy of Faith and Multiplication

Eddie and Norma are joyfully celebrating 39 years of marriage. They have been blessed with three adult sons and eagerly await the arrival of their first granddaughter.

Eddie’s journey has been one of courage, service, and calling. At 17, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving with honor until his discharge as a sergeant. He went on to serve as a New York City Police Officer, but behind the badge beat the heart of a pastor. Taking early retirement, Eddie answered God’s call to become a co-vocational church planting pastor—a call he has faithfully lived out for the past 27 years.

His ministry has been marked by multiplication and impact. Eddie served three years as the Executive Director of the New Life Association of Churches, helping lead a church-planting movement across New York City and overseas, while also serving as Chaplain of the New York Mets. Under the mentorship of Pastor Pete Scazzero, he planted a church in NYC before being called to Florida, where he planted another church that in turn planted five more congregations across Southwest Florida.

Today, Eddie continues to serve the wider Kingdom through leadership roles with the Christian and Missionary Alliance—as Director of Church Multiplication for the Alliance South Central District and South Regional Church Multiplication Coordinator for the National Office. Yet his passion remains local and personal: alongside Norma, Eddie is now planting ROCK City Fellowship in McKinney, Texas, with a heart to see disciples made, leaders raised, and churches multiplied for the glory of Christ.
